Nottingham City East Primary Care Network

All GP practices in England have been encouraged to join a group of other GP practices in their locality. The aims of this is to support each other, work more closely with other community health and social care services and to improve care for patients as a result.

We have joined together with 6 other local GP practices to form Nottingham City East Primary Care Network (NCE PCN). This covers the areas of St Ann's, Sneinton, Bakersfield, Carlton and Mapperley and the practices have a combined total of 66,000 patients registered with them. The practices are Bakersfield Medical Centre, Family Medical Centre, Greendale Primary Care Centre, NEMS Platform One Practice, Victoria and Mapperley Practice, Wellspring Surgery and the Windmill Practice.

The leadership team for our PCN are joint Clinical Directors Dr Hussain Gandhi and Dr Margaret Abbott with Deputy Clinical Director Robana Hussain-Mills.

For more information about the population and the health profile of our PCN see the Health Profile document below.
