Bus - There are 2 local bus links from Nottingham City Centre to The Windmill Practice (Nottingham City Transport (nctx.co.uk)
The 43 stops on Sneinton Road at stop Eyre Street (Stop SN39) and then it is a short 2 minute walk up a slight incline to the surgery.
The 44 stops on Manvers street at stop Lower Eldon Street (Stop SN14) and then it is a short 4minute walk up a slight incline to the practice.
Car - Use postcode NG2 4PJ
We have 2 carparks at the surgery and on street parking (please note street parking is prohibited during the hours of 12pm and 2pm). We also have 2 disabled bay spaces at the front of the surgey.
Foot - From Nottingham City
It is a 20 minute from Nottingham City Centre

We have 2 disabled parking bays at the front of the practice, a disabled toilet and a dropped height reception desk for easy access.

Hearing Difficulties
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to let the clinician know to speak louder. We also have an induction loop if required
The GP practice is located on the ground floor and the entrance, corridors and consultation rooms are wide enough to fit a wheelchair in.

Our Complaints Procedure:
Your complaint will be managed by our Patient Experience Team. One of our Patient Experience Officers will be assigned to investigate your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to have it fully investigated within 8 weeks from the date it was received. If we expect it to take longer, we will explain the reason for the delay and tell you when we expect to finish.
When we look into your complaint, we will investigate the circumstances. You will receive a written response of the findings of the investigation, along with an apology if this is appropriate. You will also receive an explanation if any lessons have been learned and/or any if changes will take place because of the findings of the investigation.
