From the 15th December, all appointment requests will be made through total triage. This means you’ll share a brief summary of your issue first, and our clinical team will direct you to the most appropriate care option. It helps us prioritise urgent needs quickly and make better use of our clinicians’ time, ultimately improving access for everyone.

Keep your details up to date

A small favour from us
This is a new system for everyone, including our staff. They are working hard to get it right, so please be kind and patient while we all settle in.
If you need to book an appointment with another health care provider such as the nurse or first contact practitioner, call reception on 0115 8838660 to speak to one of our receptionists.
Extra evening and weekend appointments are available at GP+ Nottingham City.

Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend our practice.
Please ring before 10:00 to arrange a visit and let us know if your condition is urgent. The receptionist will confirm your details to enable the doctor allocated your visit to ring beforehand if necessary.
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
